FULL VIEW!!! lol.
I tried drawing this as well as I can... So, this is probably the best I can do at drawing
I SUCK at backgrounds. I don't have an eye for bgs, I have never any idea what bg would look good.
BUT ANYWAY, it's Miwako from Paradise Kiss. I really liked Miwako and Arashi, so I'm probably drawing Arashi some day too. :3
lines with hand, rest with Photoshop CS2.
